Graphic Designer

Rubicube Creative is one of Xperteam Consultant Client is currently in need of a Graphic Design for placement in Jakarta.

Requirement:

- Demonstrable skills in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing various branding projects.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven working experience as a brand designer or in a related field in the creative industry.
- Ability to adapt to different design styles and project requirements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and others.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members.
- Deep understanding of branding concepts and marketing strategies.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Art Director in developing design concepts and branding strategies for clients.
- Leading the design team in designing and developing visual elements that reflect the client's brand identity.
- Managing design projects from start to finish, ensuring the quality and consistency of designs according to applicable standards.
- Assisting clients in creating content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing strategy through various channels such as social media.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
