We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging and impactful graphics for our social media platforms, digital ads, and promotional materials in elevator lobbies. This role involves translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaign visuals that connect with our audience and drive engagement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and produce graphics and visual materials for social media ads, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and offline spaces like elevator lobbies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and communicate our service offerings effectively.
- Create visually appealing layouts and designs for service explainer content that enhance viewer understanding and retention.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to continuously improve the quality of our marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
**Skills Required**:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to translate marketing ideas and concepts into visual formats.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of designs across various media.
Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
