Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including but not limited to: marketing materials, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Design visually engaging and cohesive assets that align with brand guidelines and enhance brand recognition.
- Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to elevate design concepts and strategies.
- Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility for team members.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and other design principles.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
