**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Marketing Strategy:
- Execute marketing strategies, ensuring successful product launches within the assigned area.
- Continuously strive for competitive advantages by deeply understanding customer needs, competitors, and market dynamics.
- New Product Opportunities:
- Actively influence the identification and development of new product opportunities based on market demands.
- Financial & Business Results:
- Achieve individual sales targets, contribute to business growth, and enhance overall company performance.
- Manage discounts and propose Discount Proposals (e-DPF) in coordination with BU Head and Head of Channel.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding discounts and sponsorships.
- Responsible for managing expenses within the assigned area.
- Customer Relationship:
- Maintain close cooperation with the Central Division.
- Customer Complaint Handling:
- Receive and diligently follow up on customer complaints, coordinating with other departments.
- Commercial Team Relationship:
- Build and establish strong relationships with Commercial Teams within the assigned area.
- Training and Education Programs:
- Organize and deliver training and education programs within the area of responsibility, either independently or in collaboration with AA.
- Ethical Marketing Operations:
- Ensure that all marketing operations adhere to the highest ethical standards, aligning with company policies, industry codes, and local regulations.
- Hospital Contract Agreements:
- Accurately complete all hospital contract agreements in full compliance with company policies.
**Professional competencies**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Admin).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the surgery intervention
- Minimum 1-2 years of people leadership experience
- Healthcare industry background or scientific background would be a plus.
