**About the Role**
GoTo Group has an immediate need for an **Internal Control & Compliance - Assurance Sr.
Manager**.
In this key strategic role, you will be part of the GoTo Internal Control and Compliance Team based in Indonesia.
Focusing heavily on performing corporate compliance programs, implementing the group IC & Compliance policies & standards across GoTo Companies, overseeing the adoption of group IC & Compliance standards (guideline) and performing compliance monitoring activities at Holding Company to the extent of investigation activities.
Essentially, you will be part of the team that protects the company, manages risk related to the GoTo ecosystem by ensuring rigorous processes and policies in place to meet regulatory and shareholders expectations, align the business activities with the company code of conduct, group policies and international standards of good practices.
**What You Will Do**
- Designing & carrying out corporate compliance programs, to ensure compliance with the respective local laws, regulations, company code of conduct, and compliance policies/standards, including but not limited to Anti Bribery & Corruption, Anti Money Laundering, Conflict of Interest, and 3rd party management
- Coordinate, assist, and oversee the group IC & Compliance policies and standards implementation across the GoTo operating companies
- Coordinate and populate the GoTo operating companies management information (MI) report as the basis for periodic analysis & reporting to management (and respective governance committees)
- Lead compliance testing & monitoring activities to identify/detect any red flags (violations to the company code of conduct and group compliance policies) in GoTo holding company
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to identify enhancements in compliance systems & processes and play a driving role to implement process improvement/changes in the GoTo ecosystem
- Assist IC & Compliance Advisory unit to continuously socialize and educate company personnel and external parties in adopting group IC & Compliance policies
- Assist IC & Compliance Integrity unit in managing whistleblowing programs to ensure employees and external parties (public) confidently submit their concerns in regards to any misconduct activities.
**What You Will Need**
- 8-10 years of relevant experience as a corporate compliance officer and/or internal control in a similar industry
- Strong analytical skill with end mind of regulatory, risk, and internal control perspectives
- Must have a deep understanding of corporate compliance and good corporate governance practices, and must possess relevant experience in establishing and implementing compliance programs
- Preferable to have deep knowledge or experience in implementing the following compliance programs: Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, 3rd party management, and Conflict of Interest
- Must be able to empathize and collaborate with various stakeholders from other functional teams
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and the businesses
- Must have a structured thought process and ability to design reliable and agile internal controls systems & processes
- Strong communication & presentation skills to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders with different backgrounds.
