Under Business Unit (BU) Head supervision, in coordination with regional and global marketing and sales, responsible for design, development, and execution of all marketing related strategy, objectives and activities including product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle. Support and work closely with Business Management and Sales team to achieve division and company's goals and objectives.**Duties and responsibilities**:- Supervise and ensure that the marketing strategy, inventory management, budget and revenue development created by Product Management are carried out according to targets.- Continually strive for building better competitive advantage for the current and future business; build an in-depth knowledge of customer, competitor and market.- Supervise identification/development new product opportunities and make decision for the product to be launched.- Communication of the group product strategy to Commercial Team and monitoring of the implementation.- Supervise and ensure the entire product life-cycle, price fitness and product road map (current and next 5 years) to ensure growth sustainability of the business unit.- Supervise and ensure product complain management is executed effectively.- Responsible for meeting allocated sales, expenses, and margin for the responsible product line.- Monitor and approve allocated budget, expense, margin in their area responsibility. Ensure the achievement of ROl program.- Develop and maintain good relationship with key customers and alliances with customer, manufactures, strategic alliances, industry associations, suppliers and vendors that promote the goodwill of the company and serve its interests best.- Provide Training and Education Programs with/without AA to the commercial team and others as needed.- Ensure that marketing operations are carried out with the highest level of ethics, in line with company policies, industrial code and local law regulations.- Ensure that all hospital contract agreements are completed accurately and in full compliance with company policy and submitted the agreement to the respective department in a proper and timely fashion.- Actively improve and self-motivated including build and implement development plans and performance appraisal discussions with Line Manager.- Responsible for product knowledge to Commercial Team (Product Management / Business Management).**Professional competencies**:- University degree or Master Degree in Natural Science, Marketing or Business.- 2-5 years experiences in pharma / medical device industry with at least 1-3 years sales &t marketing field experiences.- At least 3-5 years people leadership experiences.**Personal competencies**:- The ability to demonstrate a positive atitude and think in terms of solutions, take responsibility and demonstrate high commitment, and show persistence and determination- The ability to work actively on personal progress, value diversity, and adapt willingly to change- The ability to involve colleague actively, work in complex structures, and able to approach conflicts constructively- The ability to communicate clearly and responsibly, motivate and challenge colleague, and able to interact constructively- The ability to foster a culture of innovation, efficiency and sustainability- The ability to establish key relationships, share knowledge and experience with customers, set high quality standards and act cost-consciously- The ability to complete tasks and projects successfully, act analytically and systematically, find innovative solutions by thinking creatively, and act decisively in an uncertain condition**What we offer**: Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
