Job Responsibilities: What will you be entrusted with The Group Sales position is responsible to secure new group business and respond to group inquires to achieve "top line" revenue targets. Sales efforts will include responding to inbound inquiries and outbound sales developing new leads, networks, and opportunities. The Sales Lead is expected to understand and deliver value that is aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Telunas Resorts.
Core Responsibilities Include: Lead Group Sales Efforts Corporate groups - develop and execute all aspects of sales strategy and grow corporate group revenue across all Telunas Resort properties. Weddings - Develop and execute sales strategy to grow wedding sales Other groups - develop Telunas Resorts' group business in smaller segments, such as wellness retreats, reunions, social groups, religious retreats, etc. Logistic planning - work in tandem with the GR team to arrange all details and logistics Invoicing - prepare and send invoices for group sales & collect deposits. Continuous Improvement : Lead continuous improvement of sales processes / systems Complete all additional tasks as assigned by the ICI Executive team Solid Communication skills to all departments to ensure accuracy in program details. Qualifications: What does it take to succeed in this role 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry Experience in group sales with a strong network in the region Strong drive to drive sales and close deals - Skilled in overcoming objections and physical barriers to secure commitment Negotiation skills for all aspects of revenue (room, transportation, F&B, etc.) Willing to go the extra mile for guests Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hungry to grow and succeed, but a humble learner who loves seeing teammates succeed A strong desire to create holistic impact through business Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting English fluency Understanding Singaporean market is a plus Job Requirement Group Sales: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
