- As a Growth & Marketing Administrator at Jiva, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and events team in coordinating events and promotional activities. The primary focus of the role will be to support the growth and activation of our Micro Collector partner network by assisting the team with key administrative tasks, event planning, and helping manage our vendors.**Key Accountabilities**-
-Collaborate with event partners, including vendors, sponsors, and retailers, to ensure a seamless event experience for all stakeholders
-Develop and maintain relationships with Jiva's field teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities to support network growth through events and marketing activities
-Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for events and activations
-Monitor event and branding budgets to ensure that expenses are within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities where possible.
-Assist in the collection and analysis of event and marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years in a support function, customer service, event coordination, administrative position or similar
-Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses and invoice costs is a must
-Experience in managing vendors and driving to timely delivery
-Experience in managing inventory tracking is a plus
-Experience in venue and supplier booking
-Experience in working in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus
**Competencies**Competent use of excel to perform basic analysis and tracking is a must
-Good stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work quickly and with a high degree of attention to detail
-Ability to work in ambiguous environments, and wear multiple hats as required
-Ability to work autonomously
-Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker. Good English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus

Budget management - Measure the success of staying within the allocated budget for events and marketing campaigns.
-Stock management - Measure the success of managing inventory and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available for events.
-Management of event partners - Measure the success of maintaining strong relationships with event partners and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
-Materials production - overseeing the production and timely delivery of printed materials
