Growth & Marketing Executive (Jr Staff)

**(NON-MANAGERIAL/JUNIOR LEVEL)**

Askpert.id is the first expert network in Indonesia that connects the multinational clients and advisor's expertise through a careful selection process.

**Role Objective**

Increase revenue by enhancing internal processes, growing client leads, and expanding the number of advisors organically.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop new services and manage client/advisor data for seamless service delivery at Askpert.id.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational and strategic initiatives, including client and advisor acquisition and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance using data-driven insights to support business growth.
- Create, review, and revise necessary legal documents for Askpert.id.
- Engage with vendors or third parties and coordinate partnership activities with the team and stakeholders.
- Manage non-consultation projects, track and evaluate marketing initiatives, and build community engagement for advisors and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Must have: Min. 1 year of proven experience in product development, project management, or other strategic roles.
- Nice to have: Understanding of digital advertising and LinkedIn Management.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Willing to work from our office in Grogol, West Jakarta (1x WFO, 4x WFH).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Rp550,000,000 per month
