Growth Support

Currently, we have only one person that focuses on growth activities.
With our situation and business growth basically this is the time that growth division must be developed.
Beforehand we still have a big bottleneck at tech & product deliverables.
Those kinds of things give us room to hold / pending the recruitment.
But reflecting on our activities, it is quite hard to execute and maintain all those growth activities with only one person in charge.
We're proposing growth support to explore and execute some growth tactical activities.
Things you will do
- Execute growth strategy at ground level such as digital marketing activities & product marketing activities
- Maintain digital marketing performance and able to make a decision
- Maintain digital marketing budget
- Create weekly - monthly report performance of digital marketing activities and or product marketing activities
- Create monthly digital marketing & or product marketing activities

You'll fit in this job if you
- Experience managing digital marketing activities through facebook ads
- Deep knowledge of marketing frameworks and marketing funnel
- Result oriented by focusing on the outcomes by create experimental activities
- Able to compile and analyze performance data
