Growth Tech Lead

Job Description:

- Direct technical strategies to increase product/system growth and visibility, utilizing various digital marketing tools and techniques to expand market reach.
- Manage and analyze digital marketing data to identify consumer trends, behavioral patterns and actionable insights to support system growth.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, make optimizations and strategic adjustments to increase conversions and market influence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, data analysts, and design to ensure effective integration of growth strategies with established business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical practices in digital marketing, considering user privacy and following relevant rules and regulations.
- Continue to deepen your knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms and technologies that can be applied to create innovative growth strategies.
- Provide creative and efficient solutions in dealing with technical and methodological challenges related to market growth, and ensure the implementation of these solutions to achieve the desired growth goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from a major in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience and knowledge of related fields.
- Have competency in Market Growth Strategy, SEO, Digital Marketing, Market Trends, Basic Knowledge of Programming Language (NodeJS, ReactJS, Java).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
