Guest Relation Officer (Gro)

Requirments:

- **Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer**:

- **Familiarity with hospitality industry standards**:

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Guest Service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
