**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**: Extend a warm welcome to guests and customers upon their arrival. Provide information about facilities, services, and activities available on the premises.
- **Personal Assistant**: Act as a personal companion to guests, readily assisting with their special requests such as restaurant reservations, ticket bookings, or transportation arrangements.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any complaints or issues that may arise during guests' stay with a professional demeanor and satisfactory solutions.
- **Event Planning**: Coordinate special events, meetings, or parties involving guests. Ensure all details are well arranged.
- **Maintaining Relationships**: Regularly communicate with frequent guests to ensure their needs and preferences are met.
- **Promotional Activities**: Inform guests about ongoing promotional programs or special packages that may pique their interest.
- **Reservations and Check-In**: Assist in the guest reservation and check-in process, ensuring accurate data and helping guests feel at ease.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, kitchen, and security to ensure a seamless service.
- **Guest Feedback**: Gather feedback from guests and report it to management, taking steps to enhance the guest experience.
