Summary of Responsibilities: Review arrival lists to welcome guests Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries Assist in the preparation of welcome folders containing relevant materials (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions) Provide information about amenities, areas, venues and promote services Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) Ensure compliance with health and quality standards Proven track record in deescalating any setbacks with the guests. Help with the scheduling/man planning. Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Software (PMS) Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry Strong market sense and results orientation Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields
