- **Concierge Services**: Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and assist guests in arranging tours, reservations, and transportation as needed.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and empathy, escalating matters when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Liaise with various departments to fulfill guest requests, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the hotel.
- **Billing and Payments**: Handle guest payments, including processing credit card transactions, invoicing, and ensuring accurate billing.
