Guest Service Agent

**Qualifications;**
- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experienced as tour guide will be advantage
- Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Maintain high quality of service and timely execution.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

**Tasks & responsibilities;**
- Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Provide information about Aquatic and Non-Aquatic animal to guests
- Anticipate and address guest's service needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp510,000,000 per month
