**Job Description**:
- Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total guests satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
- Responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
- Together with the Front Office team, is jointly responsible for welcoming and taking care of guests throughout their stay
- Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
Work Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in hospitality management.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years proven experience in similar role in 4 star international hotel.
- Good communications skills in English and Mandarin.
- Prior experience working with Opera Fidelio or other Hotel Front Office related system
- Good attitude and high motivation.
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
