- Provide information, assistance, and directions to residents and visitors.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
- **Access Control**:
- Monitor access to the apartment building, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain entry.
- Assist with key distribution and access card management.
- **Maintenance and Cleanliness**:
- Regularly inspect common areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Property Manager.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs.
- **Package Management**:
- Receive and log incoming packages for residents.
- Notify residents of package arrivals and assist in their pickup.
- Maintain organized package storage and ensure security.
- **Communication**:
- Maintain effective communication with the property management team.
- Assist in updating residents and guests with important information, events, and announcements.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Act as a point of contact during emergencies and assist in evacuation procedures if necessary.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency protocols and response procedures.
- **Security**:
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Assist in ensuring the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
