Guest Service Supervisor - Banquet

The position is responsible for ensuring each guest leaves the banquet event feeling that they have been personally recognized and have enjoyed a special event experience, full of good humor, attention to detail, and genuine care.
- The position will be assigned at our new property Serpong Beach Club
- Minimum Diploma Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Tourism/Hotel Management or other related major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication.
- High working knowledge in leadership, problem-solving. customer service, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and a good collaborator.
