**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare handover schedule and handover appointment to Customer.
- Check the unit before handover to customer and serve the customer during handover process.
- Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on monthly basis.
- Prepare the handover unit reports on monthly basis.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service or related fields.
- Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
