**Job Descriptions**:- Handle Human Capital Function for end-to-end process in the new business unit of Sinar Mas Land.- Make sure all Human Capital SOP and Procedures are implemented as company regulations.- Coordinate with Human Capital Corporate for Process and reporting.- As a Human Capital Business partner, work and coordinate with all business leaders; help and support operational business needs to achieve company goals and targets.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Capital.- Having Good Communication and leadership skill.- Able to work with a target, effectively, as a team or individual.- Learning agility and good business acumen.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
