Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-year experience in Frozen Food is preferred
- Well-organized, passionate and committed.
- Develop, plan and implement policies, company regulations, and company procedures regarding employment and update if necessary
- Assist the recruitment team to do end to end recruitment process
- Create, implement, evaluate & develop employee training programs
- Analyze the organizational structure and job descriptions based on trends and related rules
- Analyze and monitor KPI standards for employees on a regular basis
- Controlling the payroll process
