Hc Service Officer

**Responsibilities**:
Administer the company's human capital compensation and benefits processes for all employees.

Conduct monthly payments and reporting for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and Bumida.

Handling the processing and payment of tax PPh 21, including calculations and monthly reporting.

Address and resolve tax-related issues with the tax office.

This position to replace employees on maternity leave

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources or Human Capital roles.

Strong command of English, both in writing and speaking.

A proactive and initiative-taking attitude, with the ability to learn quickly.

Demonstrated analytical thinking capabilities.

Experienced in managing and reporting taxes, specifically PPh 21.

Must be accurate and disciplined in work habits.
