Responsible for HR processes in branch offices.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment.
- Conduct onboarding and employee training at branch offices.
- Conduct HR evaluation at branch offices.
- Working on documents related to employment.
- Minimum S1 Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Having at least 1 year experience in the field of recruitment is preferred.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willing to travel on business.
- Proficiency with Ms. Office (Especially Ms. Excel).
