1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contract2. Update internal database with new hire information3. Maintain HRIS5. In-charge for employment benefits especially insurance (registration, update, termination, distribution, socialization, proceed claim reimbursement)6. Handle HR movement : end contract period, end probation period, updating database for all employee's status/level changeQualification needed1. Work experience as HR Administration/Generalist or similar role2. Experience in handling employee database3. Basic knowledge of labor legislation4. Good in excel5.
