- Identify and Gather user Business Requirement
- Mapping requirements to product module related
- Provide design solutions
- Configure and Setting up the Application System to support proposed model
- Running System integration testing dan User Acceptance Test
- Training user
- Develop project documentation
- Report activity to Project Manager
- Collaborate with other project team member.
- Male or Female
- Minimum IPK >= 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Having a good Interpersonal, communication, presentation skill, teamwork and learning capability
- Strong self - high motivation, team work, learning capability & time management skill
- Required Skill(s): analytical skill and knowledge of business process
- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
- At least 3 years experiences as Functional Consultant for Payroll Module or Oracle Cloud/Fusion for Talent Management area Implementation
