Relying on his/her deep knowledge of customer needs (B-Partners & C-customers) and markets across the region APAC, the Regional Head of Road side Assistance drives the strategic and operational development of all product offers, distribution channels/customer segments to continuously improve our market share in his/her region.
- Will be responsible for regional business, both top and bottom-line.
- The role covers all activities from target operating model with a worldwide geographical scope - from implementing products in all relevant countries, coordinating activities regionally and supporting the Sales team in leading local tenders.
- Performance review with countries with a strong focus on under-performing countries (esp. on top line development, growth opportunities, new products, etc.).
- Understand clients (b-partners, e.g., OEMs), c-customers, markets & technology in our business environment. Benchmark survey, market intelligence specific to each country in the regional etc.
- Execute centrally defined roadmap. Implementing products regionally with key priorities on EV, Digital solutions.
- Build and execute go-to-market and optimization strategies.
- Deployment kits, identification of key target customer segments, distribution channels per country of the region. Co-build prospection plans with local Sales teams.
- Lead value proposition, tender process and support our sales team across all channels. Organise sales support, preparing tender documents, winning angles, coordinating locally the tender activity.
**Key requirements/What you bring**:
- Master's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance, Engineering)
- 10+ years proven business experience
- International experience in managing countries
- Good Project Management skills
- Strong Automotive knowledge
- Marketing/Product experience desirable
- Strong business acumen and able to steer a P & L
- Fluent in english written and spoken
**Salary**: Rp500,000,000 - Rp750,000,000 per year
