Head Barista

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista
- Strong interest and capability in beverages menu research and development (R&D)
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on excellent service and product quality
- Demonstrated leadership and training abilities
- In-depth knowledge of matcha, including different grades, brewing methods, and flavor profiles is a plus
- Ability to work mobile in the Jakarta-Tangerang area

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and curate a menu featuring matcha-based beverages
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent taste and exceptional customer service
- Train and mentor staff on preparation techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices
- Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining quality standards
- Maintain stock and implement inventory control

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
