Head Marketing Strategy (Medan)

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Comunication / Public Relation / Business Administration study program from reputable universities
- Minimum 2 years experience in same roles / digital marketing / social media marketing or marketing communication preferably in Food & Beverage Industry
- Having extensive network and fully understand social media content management
- Experience work with KOL / Influencer for marketing purposes
- Presentable, possitive attitude, dynamic personality, excellent communications skills, creative, proactive, growth minset, self starter mentality, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Develop and manage Company's digital media campaigns, content & strategies aligned with business goals
- Increase company's sales and brand awareness through online / offline marketing
- Research market, trend, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Build good relationships with media and other influencing parties
- Responsible for ensuring the programs runs according to the planning, timeline and goals
- Measure, analyze and evaluate the programs as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
