**About the Company**:
A leader in the aerospace space, our client continues their growth and expansion in Indonesia with the hiring of this Head MRO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform shop floor optimization, lean improvements, and ensure conflict resolution to drive profitable growth
- Cooperatively works cross functionally with other management to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and human power
- Promote and focuses on instilling a culture of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Improvement
- Work with Quality procedures and manuals to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 15 years of work experience operations and maintenance, with a core focus in the aerospace industry
- Familiar with the necessary engineering, contracts administration, or program management.
- Possess the relevant certifications and licenses
- In-depth understanding and experience with technical aerospace operations across multiple areas and stages
