**Responsibilities**:
As a Head of Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients and managing the AM team, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique business needs, and offering tailored solutions to maximize their ROI. Your expertise in e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics, combined with your commercial focus and strong interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, anticipate their requirements, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Serve as a strategic partner, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that align with clients' objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the effective use of our software and tools to optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.
- Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships, promote our brand, and generate new business leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and negotiate effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Commercially focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client's needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
