**Job Descriptions**- To plan, manage and lead business focus on the distribution to achieve business and profits targets. Many providers competitive weapons (product ,pricing, distribution and sales program) could be copied very quickly.-
- Responsible to managing and lead the business focus on the distribution of bank partners to achieve business target. Active management of relationships with bank partners to ensure smooth running in delivering targets.-
- Responsible to monitor sales activities to ensure comply with local regulations and mitigate risk of miss selling. Active involvement in defining the appropriate skills, education, experience of the sales force and development of the training curriculum to optimize sales achievement and monitor achievement of sales.-
- Work with product manager to indentify market growth, cross sell opportunities to increase product holdings and improve production**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferably business and marketing major-
- 3-5 years of business, banking and insurance knowledge and experience-
- Ability to identify the best practices in order to give accurate recommendations to bank partners eg : sales models, fund strategy, new product & solution for customer"s needs-
