**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Beverage Creation and Preparation:
- Utilize your expertise in bartending and barista skills to create and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, coffees, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Develop innovative and seasonally-inspired drink menus to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless integration of beverage offerings with our food menu.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages by following established recipes and standards.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in choosing beverages based on their preferences and make personalized recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Team Management and Training:
- Supervise and train a team of bartenders and baristas, including scheduling, performance management, and ongoing coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members.
4. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and organizing supplies for the bar and coffee station.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or wastage.
- Implement effective cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
5. Bar Operations:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement bar policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience Head Bartender or similar role, with a strong background in both bartending and barista skills.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology with a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and coffee-making techniques.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
