Job Summary:
As Head of Brand Partnerships you use and expand your network to generate ad revenue by closing ad campaigns deals and year deals with Media Agencies and brands.
Pabbl:

For Telecom Organizations we deliver our white-labeled app solutions to bring more revenue and skyrocket user engagement.
You will also find our apps in countries in Europe, SEA, Africa, and Latam.

As an this role will offer you the opportunity to:

- To be our first hire in Jakarta, which will make you responsible for the ad sales in Indonesia.

You will be in close contact with media agencies and brands you already know.

Job Responsibilities:

- Have a strong understanding surrounding the client's state of the business;
- Establish and manage client relationships with key decision makers in brands and agencies;
- Have a strong business acumen around pipeline and sales forecast management;
- Have strong operational excellence in running the rhythm of business;
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a sales strategy and execution plan to achieve team goals;
- Have exposure to media buying and planning process and/or, advertising, and/or brand management.
- Develop strategies to improve advertiser performance, including consulting on advertiser's scale up, providing creative tips and best practices, and giving recommendations on budgeting and targeting.
- Ability to identify and remove blockers for advertiser growth.
**Requirements**:

- Jakarta citizen
- Tech-savvy personality, looking to grow;
- 7+ years of experience in ad sales or brand development;
- 3+ years of team management experience;
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics;
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking;
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
- Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with revenue targets, and experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
