- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and sales on th platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and sales, to align campaign objectives and maximize results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain an awareness of industry trends and competition analysis in order to find chances for innovation and development.
- Manage and optimize marketing resources, budget allocation, and campaign execution to meet ROI goals.
- Ensure the efficiency and impact of platform-level campaigns by supervising their planning and implementation.

- 5-8 years of experience in integrated marketing of e-commerce platforms or digital marketing.
- Strong people management and leadership abilities, as well as expertise managing and growing high-performing teams.
- Possess a solid analytical abilities, as well as the ability to develop successful plans based on data analysis and insights into user behavior.
- Proven success in creating and implementing high-impact marketing programs.
- Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to handle many campaigns and stakeholders at the same time.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively across teams are required.
