Job Description : Identifying And developing Business Opportunities to Generate Revenue Through New Acquisitions And Retention.Working Effectively In A Team, And Providing Effective Leadership And Strategy By Identifying, Recruiting Training & Retaining New Suppliers.Continuously Coaching, Implementing And Developing Best Practise And Recommendations To Improve The Business Productivity And Effectiveness.Providing Recommendations To Improve Process Efficiency.Requirement : University graduate major in a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus.At least 8 years of working experience in a sales-related / business development / commercial / category management role with management exposure Industry: retail or start-ups or FMCG.Or, if you have worked in start-up environment, you are also welcomed to apply.If you have experience in private label, that is a plus.Good leadership skill, be a team player and is able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
