**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform according to the company's principles and values.
- Act and perform as key management representation of the Sales, Marketing and BD department for the company.
- Build, maintain and grow solid relationships with customers, trade, airport operators as well as sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely with a shared services team to ensure maximum productivity and collaboration.
- Represent the company at Key Events as delegated.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to CEO and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
- Work closely with the Airport Operator to ensure maximization of business opportunities.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships with Airlines and Trade to grow business.
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Present key information related to Sales, Marketing and Business development in scheduled meetings as required.
- Prepare business case, data analysis and other commercial related data and presentations and present the same to management along with recommendations.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Be aware of developments and have updated SWOT analysis of direct and indirect competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and perform effectively together
- Constituting and actualizing necessary plans in order to acquire new customers.
- Increasing the profitability of customers within the portfolio, executing within-department improvement activities, and acquiring company targets by actualizing departmental targets.
- Constituting, presenting, and tracking customer-specific projects according to departmental targets.
- Taking an active role in all agreement & negotiation meetings and operational review meetings with customers.
- Supporting other departments in eliminating customer problems.
- Preparing a periodic visit plan, specific to customers, in order to form strong communication and ensuring that the plan works perfectly; ensuring that all meeting notes and visitation reports are entered into the CRM system.
- Ensuring that all complaints and appreciations are timely entered into the CRM system and these messages are appropriately processed.
- Monthly analyzing, and reporting current complaints, suggestions, and appreciations received.
- Communicating the business intelligence, gathered through customer relations, to senior management.
- Ensuring that new services are appropriately presented to the customers in line with departmental targets.
- Following-up existing contracts and ensuring the renewal of expiring contracts with suitable conditions on time.
- Preparing, presenting, and communicating proposals and ensuring that the best agreement is acquired for the company. Providing the necessary practice and preparation.
- Ensuring that all contracts are concluded within the law and requirements and follow the approval processes without any exception
- Closely following signing, approval, and entering in force processes of contracts.
- Evaluating contract terminations and following-up termination processes.
- Preparing income budget and business plan by coordinating with the Planning Department and with Financial Affairs;
- Track and follow up on receivables from customers based on information from finance department.
- Conducting examination of sales projections, income budgets, and forecasts.
- Supporting projects of other subsidiaries in case of need.
- Following, questioning, taking prevention, participating in development activities and leading department activities according to business plans, company procedures and standards, efficiency, quality, and internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that departmental activities follow business objectives, providing a solution for conflicts, leading, and actively taking a role in eliminating problems.
