**Job Description**:
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market trends, opportunities, and potential competitors.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to support the sales and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of commercial projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial activities, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial activities.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, with a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and revenue growth.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering. Master degree's in similar background will be preferred
- Proven experience in building, training and leading a sales team to successfully achieve top-line targets
- Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment, having experience working in consulting firm or tech startup industry will be a plus
- Have good knowledge about construction, property or building material industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Effective communication skill as well as fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
