**Job Descriptions**- Responsible for overall country operations for Trade Credit Insurance-
- Lead local business development activities with key business partners (ie. brokers, fronters and banks);-
- Maintain effective and productive relationships with key external (ie. regulator and industry bodies) and internal (ie. Regional office / other business units in Allianz) stakeholders-
- Work in collaboration with cross-unit and cross-department to achieve project's goal.-
- Demonstrates leadership qualities by effectively managing, engaging, and developing the local sales and risk team to resolve challenges**Job Requirements**:
- Solid experience in B2B sales and marketing from insurance, banking or credit management industries. Direct experience in trade credit insurance a plus.-
- Strong track record of building sustainable and profitable business through managing a sales team.-
- Ability to build extensive local network.-
- Strategic insights of country and industry knowledge-
- Strong communication and influencing skills-
