**About the Company**:
Our client is a prominent developer in Indonesia with a diverse property portfolio. With multiple sites across and multiple projects in the pipe line, they command a strong foothold in the property space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Champion and manage the creation and management of the strategic sales plan and goals within company guidelines to meet corporate objectives.
- Identify targeted customer segmentation based on market research data and keeping up to date with the market trends and upcoming property developments
- Build and maintain effective relationships with potential leads and customers while ensuring all sales program support sales activity in achieving sales targets
- Maintain and control sales budget to identify opportunities for cost reductions or service improvements. In addition to designing and implementing a comprehensive reporting system for all sales achieved

**Key Requirements**:

- 15 years of property sales and marketing experience
- Proven success across various property types would be highly desirable - residential, mix use, commercial and special use.
- A proven track record of business development with experience in breaking into new markets and segments
- Critical and creative thinking in setting the sales strategy, coupled with the ability to plan and negotiate, leveraging on your knowledge of the real estate market.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
