Growing the business and ensuring the corporate's insurance revenue goals are achieved
Create, implement, and manage expansive and commercial Corporate sales strategy and management plan that delivers growth targets.
Ensure that all sales activities are completed in a compliant way, ensuring that the relevant governing bodies' protocols are fulfilled.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and work towards achieving agreed new business targets
Work collaboratively across teams
Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders at relevant meetings
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Strong experience in selling corporate insurance (B2B Sales experience) in health insurance/ employee benefit
Proven very strong track record in acquiring new corporate clients for insurance
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Have managerial experience
An ability to speak fluent English
Fluent understanding of risk and pricing strategy
Strong leadership and team building skill
