Head Of Creative / Creative Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative ideas from a small concept, brainstorming into many details
- Able to conceptualize campaign in different objects such as banner, website, social media and other digital platform
- Delegate jobs to in-house or third parties
- Present ideas upon brainstorming and conceptualization
- Quick in grasping ideas towards viral / happening content / moments
- Final checking upon showing / posting / displaying media
- Reporting results after every campaign including evaluation on how to improve or prevent in the future
- Able to reach-out third parties for campaign collaboration

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year's experience as creative director / creative strategist / head of creative in fashion / retail industry
- Below 35 years old
- Familiar with branding, advertising, marketing and other design related experience, elaborated in portfolio
- Good presentation skills and good at both creative and technical designing
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
