Using technological advancements, constructing an end-to-end value chain for the fish and shrimp farming businesses, resulting in an integrated, sustainable ecosystem strong enough to strengthen global food security for days to come.**Job overview and responsibility**:- Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management- Formulating techniques for quality data collection to ensure the adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of the data- Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects- Establishing rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders, etc- Supporting others in the daily use of data systems and ensuring adherence to legal and company standards- Assisting with reports and data extraction when needed- Monitoring and analyzing information and data systems and evaluating their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades, etc)- Ensuring digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses- Troubleshooting data-related problems and authorizing maintenance or modifications**Requirements**:- At least 5 years of experience in client-facing/ technical solutions consulting roles OR in a data analytics or data science role- Data analytics-related skill is a must (Python, SQL, etc)- Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations to business and technical audiences- Willing to build from the scratch- Experience in managing a big team.**Benefits**:- Private insurance (1 wife, max 2 children)- Yearly bonus based on Company performance- Yearly performance evaluation (based on OKR)- Monday - Friday (Check-in and check-out flexibly 8 hours/day)- WFH unless required
