Head Of Data

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the data science strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities.
- Design and oversee the deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data insights and reports.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and data science best practices.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the data science team.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably of Indian nationality.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data science projects.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
