**Your main duties in flying with us**:
- Lead the road-map planning and implementation of platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Explore new technologies and enable the adoption and evolution of existing stack
- Establish and oversee long-term and intermediate goals for the team, providing guidance and direction.
- Foster effective communication across departments to align targets and accomplishments with organizational needs.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by actively participating in provisioning and troubleshooting activities.
- Work closely with development teams to streamline processes, enhance documentation, and coordinate deployment activities.
- Contribute to the establishment of secure networks, infrastructure, and deployment practices in accordance with industry standards and security goals.
**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (GCP/AWS) with extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues.
- Comprehensive expertise in constructing CI/CD pipelines using commonly utilized tools such as Jenkins and GIT version control system (Familiarity with GitOps is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Linux-based operating systems.
- Proven track record in managing and configuring logging and monitoring systems.
- Seasoned in software network design and deployment.
- Familiarity with container runtimes, particularly Kubernetes, is highly advantageous.
- Passion for tackling intricate technical challenges.
- Exposure to programming and scripting languages like Golang, Python, and Bash.
- Experience with diverse cloud services, monitoring tools, and infrastructure as code technologies (e.g., Datadog, Terraform) is desirable.
- Knowledge of implementing information security practices adhering to ISO and industry standards is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
