RESPONSIBILITIES You will manage the day-to-day activities of the organization, primarily to ensure that the organization can deliver the best possible results to its clients in the most effective and efficient way. You will supervise and communicate intensively with managers and team members from various business processes: Project Management, Account Management, Technology, etc, and ensuring great collaboration between the team. You will be in charge in identifying operational issues & bottlenecks, as well as potential operations improvements. You will be in charge in making operational decisions. REQUIREMENTS You can come from any educational background, as long as you have the right attitude and experience. Having past exposure in project management or digital operations is a huge plus. Past experience in leadership role in any settings is also hugely preferred. You are able to think comprehensively and critically. You're bold and you are not afraid to make quick decisions. You like facing problems and find out new ways to fix them. You generally love people and you have great people skills. You have a great communication, and people are comfortable communicating with you. You are a self starter, multitasker, and able to work independently under high pressure.
