Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Head of Distribution Center (DC) you will be responsible to lead DC to sustainable high performance and competitiveness alignment with the requirements of the business.
**A day of life of**
- Plan, organize and lead the DC team to achieve the agreed objectives (safety, environment, quality, cost and service). Proactively drive focused improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies as well as local laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance to health, food safety and regulatory requirements of all products manufactured.
- Ensure development of DC management team and staff - through performance management, career development, succession planning and coaching. Ensure that this is reflected by other managers within the DC.
- Collaborate with peer DC managers to share best practices, Liaise with Market T&P functions, R&D / Applications Groups / BEMs and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure smooth operations by effectively managing Employee and Industrial Relations, build and maintain positive community relations
- Ensure the full implementation of all aspects of Continous Excellence - implement LEAN on all lines according to a structured and agreed plan by the Business
**What makes you successful?**
- Has at least 5 years relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role in Distribution.
- Demonstrated capability to lead large team.
- Proven track record in delivering results through others.
- Management exposure across several functions.
- Leading / implementing change Management
- Implementation experience of TPM and proven track in problem solving
