Head Of Engineer

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on leadership or management roles.
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices (Ex : Test driven development, Behaviour driven development, and Domain driven development)
- Proven track record in talent development, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to align engineering capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and managing change within an engineering organization.
- Business acumen and understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and project management.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

- Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
