**About Us**

Our client is a fast-growing agritech company in Indonesia, they are focusing both on B2B and B2C sectors of it backed by one of the biggest companies in Indonesia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, scope, and rank the technical tasks in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.
- Together with front-end developers, combine user-facing components with server-side logic.
- programming language proficiency (Golang is desired)
- Create Microservices, upholding automation, Use API, etc
- Good team management

**Key Requirements**:

- Backend engineers must have at least 8-10 years of experience.
- Prefer someone coming from B2C or peer-to-peer lending, credit systems, or E-commerce
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Excellent knowledge of Golang, Libraries, unit testing, CI/CD
