Our client is a well-established Financial Tech startup with high number of users in Indonesia. They are looking for a Head of Engineering with a blend of technical and management skills, expertise in managing complicated projects, and experience developing apps from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create strategies for future development projects based on the general goals and resources of the company.
- Coordination of new integrations and tools with stakeholders
- Manage the front-end and back-end development teams as well as their projects.
- Monitor the dependability and performance of all internal systems and make suggestions for improvements
- Set specifications, goals, and timetables for software development initiatives.
- Create strategies for future development projects based on the general goals and resources of the company.
- Employ engineers and coordinate their training Implement cutting-edge technologies

**Key Requirements**:

- Solid grasp of corporate integration architecture
- Experience leading a squad of 20-30 people
Experience in hiring engineers
- GCP technical experience and Experience developing data-intensive apps is required.
- You've created a scalable architecture and know about incident management
- System monitoring in a distributed environment
- Experience with CI/CD
- Team management experience
- Experience in fintech, financial institutions, or banking
- English is a must.
